Upon arrival at our facilities, the apples undergo systematic sorting using machines that assess:

Each fruit is evaluated and categorized according to market demand—whether for export, wholesale, or premium display in fruit shops and vitamin bars. Packaging is done using materials that protect the fruit and allow it to “breathe” without damaging its surface.
Traceability is implemented at every stage: from the grower and harvest date to final distribution, ensuring full control and reliability.
Apples are among the fruits that can be preserved for long periods without losing their key characteristics. At 4 Seasons Fruits, we operate state-of-the-art cold storage facilities and controlled atmosphere (CA) chambers, where oxygen, carbon dioxide, and humidity levels are regulated to enable long-term preservation in a natural way.
This allows us to offer apples all year round, with a quality that rivals freshly harvested fruit. Each batch is periodically tested and analyzed for physicochemical properties to ensure the product’s safety and consistency.

The regions where our apples are cultivated offer an ideal microclimate – with the right combination of sunshine, humidity, and cold, allowing for the development of dense flesh, strong aroma, and a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. The varieties we handle include Red Delicious, Fuji, Gala, Granny Smith, Golden, and others, covering every market requirement.

HARVESTING
Apple harvesting is one of the most important stages of the production process. Our company places special emphasis on natural ripening, which ensures maximum aroma and flavor. Harvesting is done by hand, by experienced workers, avoiding injuries and damage to the skin, while each fruit is inspected before being placed in the crate.
Harvesting begins in the autumn, depending on the variety, and is carried out in phases so that each fruit is picked at the peak of its quality. Transport to our facilities takes place immediately, without delays, in order to maintain 100% freshness.
