Packaging is tailored to the needs of each market—from retail-friendly plastic punnets to export crates with special breathable membranes. All stages are monitored through traceability systems, allowing us to track the complete journey of every product—from the tree to the shelf.
One of 4 Seasons Fruits’ greatest advantages is our privately-owned cold storage infrastructure. Cherries are placed in temperature- and humidity-controlled chambers immediately after harvest, ensuring they remain fresh for longer without compromising quality or flavor.

Cherry cultivation requires knowledge, patience, and care. Our varieties are carefully selected based on the specific characteristics of the microclimate and market demands. We collaborate with experienced growers who follow integrated crop management systems, with a strong focus on sustainability and environmental protection.
The cultivation takes place at altitudes that favor proper fruit development, with ample sunlight and natural ventilation—key elements for cherries to develop their intense flavor, deep color, and crisp texture. Water management, the application of nutrients to the soil, and careful protection against disease are just a few of the practices that ensure a top-quality final product.

HARVESTING
The cherry harvest is a process that demands precision, speed, and experience. It is carried out exclusively by hand to avoid damage to the fruit. Each cherry is carefully picked with its stem intact and placed in small crates to prevent bruising and pressure damage.
Harvesting begins in the early morning hours, when temperatures are lower, helping to preserve the natural freshness and moisture of the fruit. Immediate transport to our cooling facilities—just a few hours after picking—ensures that the cherries retain their full freshness and aroma, just as they were on the tree.
